Before taking any meal or snacks, drinking a glass of water will suppress your appetite, and thus makes you to be fuller. Additionally, you should not add flavorings or sweeteners to your water.
  •          Take multivitamins on a daily basis; this will help you in replenishing the lost nutrients during frequent urination.
  •              Drink fruits and vegetable juice after taking your meals either in the morning or at night.
  •            Eat more of fresh fruits than processed foods; experts have warned that processed foods are not good for the human system. There is no limit to the amount of fruits and vegetables you can take today.
  •        Eat intelligently; watch whatever that goes into your mouth. This is the major difference between a man and a beast. Make sure that every single thing you consume is what your body really needs, do not eat for the sake of eating- don’t eat because you feel like eating.
  •         Reduce calories- if you feel that your body contains lots of calories, then engage in meaningful physical exercises such as running, walking, jogging and so on.
