As a woman, if you want to lose weight, you need to choose wisely the type of foods you consume.  Do not eat if you are not hungry; try the much you can to moderate what you consume. Here are some essential weight loss foods for women:
  1.          Berries- you will never go wrong by taking berries; they are quite delicious and nutritious. Some of the unsweetened berries are low in calories, fiber and contains great antioxidants.
  2.          Salmon- this contains omega-3 fatty acids; and this plays unique roles in minimizing risk and inflammation for heart disease. According to the available research, omega 3 decreases belly fat and enhance insulin sensitivity as well as reduce food cravings.
  3.          Yogurt- yogurt is made up of great mix of protein, fat, and carbohydrates. These will keep your body to be running regularly without stress.  It is a veritable source of protein and calcium, and this is very good for women. Calcium present in milk enhances weight loss.
  4.          Eggs- taking eggs especially during breakfast will no doubt enrich your body.  If eggs are not available, then choose egg substitutes; you should be on low-cholesterol and low-saturated fat.
  5.          Broccoli- this is loaded with dietary fiber; it contains high rate of vitamins and minerals, and these have been proven to be perfect in the reduction of cancer especially breast cancer. Additionally, broccoli has lutein which is very essential for healthy eyes.
  6.          Whole grains such as barley, oats, quinoa and whole meat should be included in your diet. They will make the woman to look very healthier and happier.
  7.          Take some citrus fruits like apple, carrots, pumpkin, bell peppers, tomatoes, teas, vegetable juice, coffee, soy, turkey, sweet potatoes and so on.
