WHAT MISTAKES DID YOU MAKE AS A BEGINNER
AND HOW DIFFICULT IT WAS TO BEGIN?
Chad Page : I've made multiple mistakes throughout my seven years of lifting, But the worst was when i deadlifted 500 pounds and i heard a huge pop in my lower back
Its been almost a year and its finally healing.... Lesson learned its not about the weight its about form.
And it was never difficult too start i've played hockey since i was 3 and have always had some sort of sport in my life.


WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE ANYONE
STRUGGLING TO STAY MOTIVATED?
Chad Page : Never give up on yourself and especially your dreams.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE FOR ALL THE GUYS
WHO WANT TO GET NICE TONED ABS?
Chad Page : Eat clean, Train abs for atleast 15-30 minutes a day and do alot of bodyweight exercises.

Chad Page : Become a IFBB pro and hopefully own my own clothing company.

DO YOU PREFER TO STAY LEAN ALL YEAR ROUND
OR BULK AND CUT METHODE?
Chad Page : Lean year round is the only way i can do it especially us fitness models we have to stay looking good year round.


WHAT DOES YOUR SUPPLEMENT SCHEDULE LOOK LIKE?
Chad Page : Wake up take my multi viatamin fish oil and have a whey shake, i dont use alot of supplements... TBH


DO YOU TRY TO LIVE LOW CARB OR
HOW DO YOU SET YOUR NUTRITION FOCUS?
Chad Page : i will try and keep my calories high and coming time to a show or shoot i will cut all carbs 4 weeks out and prior to my shoot/show i will carb back up.


WHAT DOES YOUR DIET CONSIST OF WHEN CUTTING?
Chad Page : Chicken,Tilapia,Lean Beef
